  • Does it require iTunes to work?

    You will need to have iTunes installed in order to make this program work, and so that you may update the program as required. This is true for both the paid and the free version.
  • What if Syncios does not connect with my device?

    Syncios doesn't support all iOs devices, but you can check beforehand to see if it does support your device by using the Syncios Manager function. It will not connect to unsupported devices.
  • What devices can I use that Syncios supports?

    It supports all of these phones: iPhone 3G, iPad, iPod Touch, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 6s, iPhone SE, iPhone 5S, iPhone 7, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 plus, iPhone 5C, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 plus and iPhone X. You may also be able to use the software on Android tablets and phones. The iPads the will connect are iPad, iPad Mini, iPad 2, iPad Air, iPad Pro and iPad 4.
  • Is it free to use?

    You can use the free version of Syncios that you download from here, or you may download the free version and upgrade it to the paid version that has more features.
  • Can I use the licence with more than one device?

    You can use the Syncios Manager on your mobile to backup your other mobile devices. You may do this so long as you are using the Syncios system.
  • Do I need to pay more to renew or upgrade the licence, or will it last forever?

    The free version doesn't require an upgrade or renewals, which also includes future version updates as these are also free to use. If you decide to upgrade to the paid version, it is a lifetime licence that you do not have to renew.
  • It keeps crashing when I click on the Ebook tag, what do I do when this happens?

    If this happens to you, you will have to follow these steps. Delete or backup all of the Ebooks from iTunes and on the device. Connect with Syncios so you can check the Ebooks have been moved. Restart the Ebook via iTunes and restart the device. Connect again with Syncios and you should be able to mange and view your Ebook again. If it still isn’t fixed, send the log file to the support team via feedback menu.
  • Syncios keeps failing to show me bookmarks, what can I do to change this?

    To see your Bookmarks, you will need to go on to your iDevice by selecting “Settings,” then click on the “iCloud” option, click to close the iCloud, then you will be able to see the “Your bookmarks” options.
  • It keeps failing to delete the photos I don’t want anymore, what can I do to change this?

    Go onto your “Settings,” click onto the “iCloud” menu and the “Photos” menu, and turn off the iCloud in the photo library.
  • When I try to restore my files, it keeps saying I don’t have anything backed up, why is this?

    When you backup anything make sure it has been successful, you can go onto the backed up files on your phone to see this. When backing up your files, don’t rename the file or folder and do not move the backed up file from where it is.
